“Yoga is about joy, love, compassion and balance. It’s about learning to embrace our strengths as well as our weaknesses. Having used therapeutic yoga to recover from my own spinal injury I understand the powerful affect yoga can have. If your alignment is correct you can heal the body, if you move from a place of love and gratitude you can soften and open the heart, if you practice mindfulness and being present you can calm the mind”
