UCP Summer Program

L7 Outreach, an independently-sponsored, 501(c) 3 project of Lotus7 Yoga, Pilates and Lifestyles Center is actively raising funds to provide simple solutions for the empowerment of women and children. The future of L7O aims to mindfully provide learning environments promoting lifestyle improvement, skill building, and social change through education, exchange and engagement.

The Lotus7 Integrated Wellness Program sponsored by L7Outreach aims to provide free wellness services for children and adolescents with CP and their caregivers. Lotus7 aims to show appreciation for the strength of the CP community through providing wholistic wellness both physically and mentally.

Services: Restorative/Meditative Yoga,Special Needs Yoga,Meditation,Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Bio-Mechanical and non-force Postural/Spinal adjustments,Acupuncture and/or Micro-current Light Therapy,Nutrition Consultations

Benefits:

Participants are able to try complementary forms of treatment over a 6 week period and evaluate/monitor their progress.

Participants can take an alternative approach to wellness without economic stress.

Increasing public and insurance providers awareness of alternative wellness options for the CP community
